Reclaim your focus, get clarity on what you want, and professional support in how to get it.

For when “good enough” isn’t enough anymore.

Sam, professional coach

Coaching is a partnership

I believe that you already have everything you need to succeed. A good coach helps you access that potential - to think more clearly, make intentional choices, and operate at your best.

You might arrive with a clear focus, or simply a sense that something could feel different. Exploring new possibilities is far easier with someone impartial, professional, and collaborative in your corner.

I’ll be your thinking partner to explore where you are now, what you want to shift, and how to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and energising.

Who coaching can help

Coaching can be especially powerful if you’re someone who is capable, committed, and juggling a lot - career, family, responsibility - yet quietly feels stretched, stuck, or a little disconnected from yourself.

You might be doing a good job on the outside, but on the inside it can feel like there’s no space to pause, reflect, or ask what you really want right now.

This space is for people who are ready to prioritise themselves again - not by doing more, but by letting go of what no longer serves them and focusing on momentum.

What we explore

Personal growth

Exploring what may be holding you back, what you want to feel differently, and how to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Confidence

Navigating imposter syndrome and building self-belief - professionally and personally - so you can trust your decisions and direction.

Small business

Creating focus and prioritisation for business owners who are juggling growth, responsibility, and limited headspace.

Health

Improving both mental and physical wellbeing - especially when investing in yourself feels like the last thing you have time for.

“What now?”

For when you don’t have a specific focus, but know something needs to change. This is often where the most meaningful work begins.

How it works

Each coaching session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. I usually recommend meeting every one to two weeks, depending on what feels right for you.

To see long lasting results, my recommendtion is a series of around six sessions. That said, coaching isn’t linear, and often your biggest 'aha!' moments will happen between our conversations as you put the work into practice yourself.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Coaching creates the space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and move forward in a way that feels considered and sustainable.

“Sam has been a huge help enabling me to prioritise my business tasks and delve into some in more detail. It’s enabled me to see which tasks will make the biggest impact on my future goals, helping me to move my business forward.”
“I’ve found the sessions hugely beneficial, especially the methods for prioritisation which I continue to use. Thank you Sam!”

— Jemma, small business owner

A quiet moment by the sea

A calmer way forward

My coaching service creates space for you to pause, zoom out, reconnect with what matters and make positive changes - without adding pressure or more noise (that bit is important!).

About me

Hi, I’m Sam. I spent 16 years working in the fast-paced world of brand partnerships. I loved it for a long time, but eventually the fire went out. Working with a Coach helped me to realise that this world I used to thrive in no longer suited the life I wanted outside of it. More importantly, they helped empower me to change it - to consider different options, and feel fully in control again.

I’m also a mum of two and understand the reality of balancing ambition with family life. I don’t believe in a perfect “balance” - but I do believe it’s possible to feel more in control when life gets loud and messy.
